When you do decide to send your iPad to us, (and you will, they all do…) please remove your case and or slip cover you may use for your iPad. While we do make a note of these when they’re shipped in, and always do our best to get it shipped back to you the way it came in, it’s easier on both of us if you keep those safe at home. Also, please don’t forget to give us the passcode for your device. We can’t tell you how many times we’ve got a device and the customer forgot to give us the password during checkout. Not a big issue, but just an inconvenience for you and us.
