Shipping via FedEx or USPS

Repair Labs is proud to offer several different FedEx and USPS shipping solutions on every order. In the event that you need your order to arrive faster; we offer the following shipping options and upgrades for a fee. Delivery may occur via a method other than FedEx or USPS in some instances due to location or to unsure delivery in a timely manner.

Within the United states excluding, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii: Standard overnight guaranteed to arrive next day, 2nd Business Day to get 2 business day delivery, and Express Saver guaranteed delivery on the third day.

Puerto Rico:

Priority guaranteed by next business day 5PM, and Economy guaranteed by the third business day at 7PM.

Alaska:

Priority delivery on or before the 2nd business day by noon, and 2 day guaranteed to arrive on the second business day by 7PM.

Hawaii:

Priority guaranteed to be delivered by the 2nd business day by noon, 2 day delivery guaranteed by7PM on the second day.

Repair Labs is proud to offer FedEx and USPS shipping on all accessories purchased from our website. We cover the cost of processing your order, handling, and packaging the products you have ordered. All orders must be shipped via FedEx or USPS in a small bubble wrap envelope or small box. We charge a flat rate to ship/return or just to simply return the products to you and/or the recipients you designate. When completing an order from our website for repair you will receive an email with a printable label for shipping. When your product is fixed and ready to be returned, you will receive an email confirmation verifying that your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number which will allow you to track your shipment.

Regardless of how many pieces or your location, shipping for all repair orders is a flat rate. We process orders as they come in, and we work to ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Repair Labs is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once placed in the care and custody of any shipping carriers.

Delivery options and charges

Shipping is non-refundable. Unless otherwise stated by us, all shipping options are an additional charge according to the price listed next to the option selected. The cost of the shipping will be charged and added to your order.

Signature Requirement

For your security, FedEx may require a signature at time of delivery. Please select a delivery address where you can sign for your package when it arrives. If you cannot be at the delivery location during the business day, you may sign a FedEx door tag authorizing release of the package without anyone present.

Delivery to Alaska, and Hawaii, and U.S. Territories

We are proud to offer Next Business Day shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands at an additional charge.

Delivery to P.O. Boxes

In some cases orders for shipment to P.O. Boxes may take longer to be approved. Delivery may occur via a method other than FedEx or USPS, in some instances.

Weekend Deliveries

FedEx Express deliveries are not available on Saturdays or Sundays. However, we use sophisticated shipping software to find alternative methods whenever we can to ensure that you receive your package more quickly. For example, if your order is activated on a Friday afternoon, and your home address is within close proximity of our nearby distribution center, we may ship your order via FedEx Home Delivery ground shipping to allow for Saturday delivery. In all cases, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number and real-time online order tracking. Holiday Deliveries

FedEx does not deliver on certain holidays such as Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Your package will be delivered on the next regular shipping day following the holiday. For more details, see the FedEx Holiday Delivery Schedule.

Service Time

We pride ourselves on having fast service. On most iPhone and iPod repairs, we can offer same or next day service. All other repairs may require additional time if parts are needed, thus we cannot guarantee same or next day service. Your choice of return shipping will help to determine how quickly you will receive your device back. Restrictions may apply. Terms subject to change without notice.

Packing Tips

We recommend that you use standard packing supplies when shipping your device. This includes: bubble wrap, packing paper, packing peanuts, newspaper, foam or similar items. See the packaging tips below.

  • Use a sturdy box and make sure that all edges are taped well.
  • Do not use an envelope to package your device. Envelopes have a tendency to tear during shipping and do not provide enough padding to protect your device.
  • Pad your device as best as you can with packing peanuts, shredded newspaper, bubble wrap, packaging paper or any other material that will act as a bumper against your device.

Remember to include a copy of your order confirmation email in with your device before shipping and have your order number clearly printed on the outside of your package.
