FIX #1 Switch from user account to administrator account

Switch to user account either by restarting the computer, or you can click on the start button or go to the control panel from where you will see the option on the user account, and you can click on it to open.

From Microsoft website, you can download the Microsoft Software Scanner and have it installed into your computer by following the instructions provided. After its installation, create a shortcut for the scanner on your desktop.
